Yeah, it's pretty much just another blog. One more human with an internet connection who thinks the world has been deprived of access to her life story. So sorry if you accidently Googled me in search of something meaningful.

Mostly I got tired of emailing picture files along with my stories after each adventure. So I decided to build a site for my stories and pictures so all I'll have to do is email a link when there's an update.

This is the internet corner for Magpie and the Calico Dog. The Calico Dog's name is Parker, he's a blue merle australian shepherd with just a dash of Kelpie (1/8 to be exact.)

Magpie hikes. She also owns a Jeep Cherokee (XJ) and offroads regularly with a troup of unruly Xterra owners. Sometimes she bikes, but not when it's over 100 degrees outside. And next summer (2006) she has every intention of buying a canoe-- which will add paddling to the list as well.
